Amanda began her time with the firm with prior customer service and secretarial experience. She started here as a Social Security Medical Records Specialist. In 2022, she transitioned to the Veterans Affairs line of business as a VA Medical Records Requester and IME Specialist. That same year, Amanda was promoted to VA Medical Records Team Leader and is now a Medical Records Team Leader.
As Team Leader, she makes sure that all records are requested, reviewed, and submitted in a timely manner. Amanda loves working with her team and everyone that works here overall. She loves what we do and what we stand for, and the firm’s core values really align with her own. She knows the firm is a place that she can really be proud to work at.
Amanda grew up in Weston, West Virginia. She graduated from Lewis County High School and attended Glenville State University and West Virginia State University. Outside of work, Amanda likes to do outdoor activities like kayaking, hiking, and camping. She also enjoys playing the guitar and reading.
