Mary-Michael McClung started her experience with our firm in January 2018 as the Human Resources Manager & Culture Director, a role she continues to excel at. For the Human Resources Manager portion of her role, Mary-Michael oversees all of the firm’s HR processes, including the hiring process, managing our benefits programs, applying coaching and corrective action, and planning team member and leadership development. For the Culture Director portion of her role, Mary-Michael is responsible for implementing culture initiatives and community involvement. Her favorite part of her position is fostering growth in team members and watching them grow and succeed.

Mary-Michael is a native of Parkersburg, West Virginia. Her passion for Human Resources started in high school when she worked as an HR assistant. She graduated from Marshall University in 2016 with a bachelor’s in business administration, and prior to joining our team, she worked in Office Management for a nonprofit and in marketing for a financial services company. In her personal time, Mary-Michael loves to see live music and travel. She’s an avid reader, which is probably why she is a rockstar at conducting our firm’s leadership development book club. On her free time you might find her at a concert or musical, on a nature hike with her dogs, supporting a community event, or making memories with the people she loves.
