Katrina Kirkpatrick came to our firm with no prior VA knowledge but plenty of customer service experience. She started with our firm in 2019 as a Veterans Affairs Leads Specialist and was quickly promoted to Leads & Intake Team Leader.
In her current position, she helps the Leads & Intake team achieve greatness while making an impact in our clients’ lives. She loves that our firm has growth opportunities, and everyone has grace, understanding, and empathy for each other.
Katrina attended Parkersburg South High School in her hometown of Parkersburg, West Virginia. In Katrina’s spare time, she enjoys golfing with her family, driving her Wrangler with the top off taking in the sunshine, spending time with family, and, last but not least, enjoying Mexican food with her friends.
