Kaydi Hoppel is our HR Recruiting Specialist that started with our firm in June 2021. She came to the firm with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Southeastern Louisiana University. Although Kaydi never worked in the legal field before, she came to our firm with over 5 years of Human Resources and Recruiting experience.
In her position as HR Recruiting Specialist, Kaydi handles team member recruiting, including resume review, phone interviews, video interviews, assessment administration, job offers, and team member onboarding. She loves hiring new team members and seeing their growth and how successful they become at the firm. She also really appreciates how much everyone genuinely cares about the growth and potential of all team members.
Kaydi is originally from West Virginia, lived in Louisiana for 12 years, then moved back to northern West Virginia in 2017. She loves spending time with her family, friends, and dogs as well as attending concerts, sporting events, and traveling.
