Chelsea Parker started at Jan Dils, Attorneys at Law as a Social Security Attorney in September 2021. From the very start, Chelsea proved that Jan Dils was where she was meant to be. She immediately hit the ground running and was promoted to Social Security Operations Manager in January 2024. As SS Operations Manager, she provides supervision of the processes and team members of the entire SS line of business and ensures efficiency of organizational claim processing and training systems. In her role, Chelsea enjoys not only representing clients as an Attorney but also providing supervision and guidance to the SS team and processes. When she’s not fighting for our SS clients, Chelsea loves to spend time with her two sons, reading, and weightlifting. She also likes to volunteer at a local nonprofit organization serving children and adults with intellectual disabilities through life skill development programs. She grew up in a small town outside of Nashville, Tennessee, and she received her bachelor’s degree at Middle Tennessee State University. She began Social Security Disability legal career in 2010 where she worked at an SSD law firm during the day and attended law school in the evenings. Chelsea graduated from Nashville School of Law in 2014 and continued her legal career as a Social Security Attorney.
