Kayla Lowe started her Jan Dils journey in January 2019 as a VA Medical Records Requester. Kayla quickly showed her potential and was promoted to VA Appeals Specialist in June 2019. In April 2022, Kayla was promoted once again to VA Case Development Team Leader in which she is over the VA Appeals Specialists and VA Hearing Clerks. In her position, she really enjoys getting to be so hands on with every aspect of developing our cases as each role is so important to getting a good decision for our veterans. Her favorite thing about working for the firm is the people. She loves the fact that she knows she always has someone to turn to for support and guidance.

Kayla’s previous experience includes various customer service roles that provided her with insight into how to communicate with different individuals from different backgrounds and helped her develop her critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Kayla is from Vienna, West Virginia and attended school in Williamstown, West Virginia. In her spare time, you can find Kayla having scary movie marathons, hanging out with family, or playing video and board games with her husband.
