Patrick Thomas Stealey

Numerous court appearances in West Virginia and Ohio have helped Patrick Stealey earn his reputation for standing up for his clients and helping them get the benefits they deserve. As a VA attorney and member of the Jan Dils team in Parkersburg, Patrick has found the perfect home to pursue his passion for working with Veterans. Patrick also has two family members who served in the military. His aunt is a United States Air Force Veteran, and his grandfather served in the United States Marine Corps.

Born and raised in the Mid-Ohio Valley, Patrick received his B.A. from Ohio University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude before going on to earn his Juris Doctor degree from the WVU School of Law. He served as President of the West Virginia Association for Justice, Student Chapter while at WVU. He has been admitted to practice in the states of Ohio and West Virginia, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia,  and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.

A Pittsburgh Pirates fan, Patrick enjoys spending time outside the courtroom or the office golfing, bowling, cooking, enjoying music, and hanging out with his cat, Ares. We are so excited to have Patrick join the Jan Dils team, and look forward to putting his experience and expertise to work for our Veterans!
